How long does it take until I receive the product?

We usually need about a week, but since we ship many products directly from the manufacturer, shipping times may occasionally be slightly longer. In this case, we will notify you in advance.

Can I return the item?

No problem! Simply return it to us within 14 days and we'll give you your full money back.

Which supplier do you use?

For smaller items, such as batteries or chargers, we commission the parcel service and if you order a larger product, such as a pallet truck or forklift, we commission a freight forwarder.

Do you know your products?

We know almost every single one. We only work with reputable manufacturers whose products we've thoroughly tested.

Can I buy a forklift in a different color?

Of course, just contact us and tell us your desired color. However, the delivery time will be extended to approximately 14 weeks because the products are repainted directly at the factory.

Who is behind Staplertechnik24.de?

The company behind the online shop is Staplertechnik-Nord from Kiel. We primarily deal with the sale and repair of forklifts, but because we know that other equipment is also needed to maintain a warehouse, we also offer these directly.

What do I do if it breaks down or the next maintenance/UVV inspection is due?

Our technicians are working throughout Germany. Just let us know, and we'll schedule an appointment for you at short notice.
